Compass Jobs Fair & Career Convention

Our first event took place in 2001 in London at Central Hall, Westminster. since then we have expanded to running annual events around the country - at The Royal Horticultural Halls, London (still in Westminster but with a much larger exhibition hall, and more room for our adjoining conference programme); the International Convention Centre (the ICC) in the centre of Birmingham; and at the flagship Hilton Deansgate, Manchester.

The successful results in recruitment and retention of staff for our exhibitors – in conjunction with considerable savings on their annual expenditure over more traditional recruitment methods – has meant the events have grown year on year and have in excess of 1,000 visitors on the day for each event.




More local authorities use Compass Jobs Fairs for recruitment than any other event and are now being joined each year by more organisations from the voluntary and private sectors who utilise the events to promote their services to commissioners, investors, volunteers and other professionals as well as for cost-effective recruitment.
